It features GN 1/1 right-hand hinge and has five trays and an option to add humidity to the most delicate cooking cycle; thereby helping you to cook to scale.
Simple to use, the efficient UNOX Cheftop combi oven features high-performance heating elements. From the moment the oven is activated, a high-intensity resistance kicks in to produce heat fast. The inner glass of the cooking chamber has been treated with a special low-emissivity coating that reflects the heat towards the food.
The oven’s smooth stainless steel construction combined with a bright annealing treatment helps to improves the quality of air flow. The air is then distributed evenly thanks to the high-flow fans for consistent cooking results. Plus, the Cheftop is equipped with an anti-bypass front ring that further enhances air flow enabling faster and effective cooking to happen.
The oven also features a large-diameter, direct-ejection chimney ideal for when food needs to be intensely seared and browned.
For user safety, the Zero 5 oven is fitted with an air-cut door that limits heat absorption and reduces the heat being transferred to the surface of the glass panel. It is also equipped with a droplet collection system that helps to keep floors dry and safe.
