Come and join Yui Miles and learn how to cook delicious Thai dishes, a quarter-finalist from Masterchef 2019 and a cookbook author ‘Thai Made Easy’.
Born and raised in Bangkok, Yui will inspire you to create authentic Thai food based on family recipes and traditional techniques that you will cover in this vibrant cookery class.
Your menu will consist of:
Thai vegetarian spring rolls (Por Pher Pak)
Mini Thai vegetable spring rolls serve with sweet and chilli sauce
Laab Moo (Laab Moo)
Refreshing, spicy North-eastern Thai style salad with minced pork or chicken, shallots, tomatoes, mint leaves, chilli flakes and toasted ground rice. Seasoning with Thai style salad dressing, serving with baby gems. Great for Thai canapé style.
Thai Massaman Curry With Chicken (Gaeng Massaman Gai)
A delicious, aroma Thai curry that inspired by Indian’s spices. Massaman curry is rich, flavourful and has mildly spicy curry sauce with potatoes, onions, peanuts and chicken.
This class is suitable for vegetarians please ensure you let us know at point of booking that you require vegetarian ingredients.

Yui Miles
Yui comes from a strong Thai family where cooking and eating have always been central to family life. From a young age, she helped her parents prepare traditional Thai and Chinese-inspired dishes, sparking her passion for authentic Asian cuisine. Yui showcased her culinary skills as a quarterfinalist on BBC’s MasterChef UK 2019, won the national ICG (Inspiring Culinary Generations) cookery competition in 2020, and triumphed on Channel 4’s ‘Beat the Chef’ with her Thai dishes.
Yui collaborates with the Tourism Authority of Thailand and the Royal Thai Embassy in London, creating recipes and cooking videos to promote Thai cuisine in the UK. She also partners with brands and supermarkets, developing unique Asian recipes for their websites and social media. Since 2019, Yui has been teaching cookery classes known for their relaxed atmosphere, clear instructions, and accessible ingredients. In addition, she works as a private chef, hosting Thai private dining events, supper clubs, and pop-up restaurants. Her debut cookbook, Thai Made Easy, released in September 2023, simplifies the process of cooking flavourful Thai dishes at home with supermarket-friendly ingredient swaps.
