Spiced Cider Infusions
A great stocking filler or treat for yourself, this bag contains enough to make four mulled hot cider infusions. Pour 1 litre of cider into a saucepan, then add the contents of one Spiced Cider sachet; or 1 – 2 teaspoons per glass. Heat gently, stirring occasionally. Do not let boil, but serve hot. For special occasions, add 1 tablespoon of schnapps, together with slices of apple or lemon.
