Each pan has a 6.4mm thick bonded sandwich base ensuring optimal heat distribution. The Scanpan Saucepan set is compatible with all heat sources including induction. The handy rim design allows for drip-free pouring and the handles are secured with stainless steel rivets for durability. Ovenproof up to 260°C, including lids other than steamer insert.
