Fabricio Cano:
Fabricio Cano studied culinary arts in his hometown of Lima, Peru where he also worked in a number of Peruvian restaurants where he developed his passion for fine food.
After moving to Europe, he worked in Michelin award-winning restaurants, perfecting his skills in French, Italian and Spanish cooking. Discovering a love for sharing his passion and love of cooking, particularly Peruvian dishes, he became a culinary teacher at several UK cookery schools. Fabricio has also worked in advertising and publishing as a food stylist, participating in events such as London Fashion week.
He really enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with others in a fun and professional environment in the centre of one of the World’s great cities – London!
