Made with Callebaut’s Belgian white and dark chocolate and featuring a surprising marbled effect, they are great for adding a delicate crisp and refined look to your desserts, pastries and truffles. Blossoms are also a great way to top off drinks. Simply sprinkle them on top of marshmallows or whipped cream and let them slowly melt away.
