Kyocera Black Shin Santoku Knife – 14cm

A Santoku knife is a superb addition to any knife set. it’s suitable for preparing meat, fish or vegetables. The deep blade and gently curved edge mean that many people find it easier to handle than a traditional chef’s knife. The depth of the blade gives the knife the power to cut root vegetables with ease while the rounded point is ideal for fine dicing. The rectangular shape makes it easy to scoop up your chopped ingredients and transfer them to the pan.

The Shin series from Kyocera offers innovative and affordable knives for chefs of all skill-sets. The Shin series features extremely durable Z212 ceramic blades, which typically stay sharp for twice as long as regular ceramic blades. These knives also feature an extremely ergonomic handle that is comfortable and offers greater control.
