Knife Skills Masterclass – Fish and Vegetables
Ask any professional chef and they’ll tell you that knowing how to use a knife is the most important skill you have in the kitchen. From keeping your knives razor sharp to learning how to fillet a fish, chop vegetables & prepare fruit, all aspects of knife skills are covered in this essential class. You will not be handling any meat in the class so is ideal for vegetarians, pescatarian & vegans.
You will be led by a Divertimenti chef in how to handle, look after & use your kitchen knives, after your class you will sit down to enjoy a meal prepared by our chef together as a class with a glass of wine & refreshments.
Along with covering all the knife skills – you will create a 3 course menu in the class –
- Sea Bass Ceviche served with guacamole
- Baked Plaice with ginger & soy
- Prawn & vegetable Pho broth
- Asian slaw
- Tropical fruit salad with spiced syrup
