Inside, the Blue Seal E32T4 Turbofan fits 460x660mm or 400×600 trays, making it a great choice for specialist bakeries or patissiers. The strong door includes a handy viewing panel, allowing you to monitor the cooking process at-a-glance, and quickly open the oven with the full-length handle.
Programming the oven is effortless – simple icon-driven programmes are simple to edit and update. You can even update via USB port, so if you have multiple ovens or multiple sites, you can quickly upgrade entire menus in one go.
